"Incompetent staff. Unfortunately even if you carry an honor status you can't get room service daily . Even making of bed . Bathrooms need to be wiped down and vacuum daily . Very disappointing . Will stay with Marriott property next time ."

"Upon arriving, we were given our two rooms because we traveled with five guests. Everything was clean. They were catered to us extra towels. A parking was available no matter what time we came in and out. The pool was great accessibility for the kids and the laundry room was key to wash and drying all the wet clothes so we didn’t have to travel back with that one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in a long time."

"Beautiful view from property. Super clean room and surroundings. Quiet. Staff available at all times. Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine."

"We paid for an early check in and a bucket of craft beer in our room. Both of which was granted and was great. The staff however, we not very friendly and not very helpful. They didn't explain the amenities, or tell us where they were on property, or what time they closed. We were given papers and told to check online if we needed any more information.
