Room was quite nice with a good outlook across the bay, and property itself nice. Bed a little soft for me, but would be to the taste of some. Good shower and decent kitchenette area, though bit of a shortage of power-points. Nowhere to really sit in the room other than bed (or out on balcony). They weren’t kidding about the steep stairs to the room (if you get one of the small upper rooms). Could do with a little more care on cleaning and upkeep, for example external stairs were unlit at night, and a thick layer of dust on the top and back of TV unit. A bit away from the main Bateman’s Bay shopping area, nice enough location, but make sure you have transport. If you want breakfast get in early as it was finished by 9.30am, and not 24hr reception as stated in property summary, that was closed by 9pm. Would stay again assuming a good price as I got this time.

We took our elderly In Laws for a 4 day get away. We requested ground floor, with least amount of stairs. All our requests were met. My In Laws absolutely enjoyed staying here. Very easy for my father in law to walk, get around the property.

Property advertises on their website that they have a good on-site restaurant that is open for dinner every day and when we arrived we were informed that there was no access to the restaurant as they rented it out for a private function. We were later advised that the restaurant is not open Monday or Tuesday contrary to their in room brochure and website

The so-called ‘daily’ restaurant is only open 5 days per week (not when we were there), we could not get the Netflix to stream per their instructions and the breakfast was closed at 9:30 so we missed that too. Also, check in is after 2:30 but by 2:45 we got a text saying that staff were going home so we couldn’t speak to anyone checking in to find out such information about the restaurant and breakfast. It was actually quite poor.

Such great appartments with great views couldn’t complain about much at all! The only thing was that we checked in went up to room and it wasn’t ready that didn’t worry me because we were a late booking so went out for a little while and just let reception know than got a call about 15 minutes later to come back because they needed to change us room we didn’t mind that at all except the fact we went from 2 double beds to 1 double and 2 single so sorta felt like a slight down grade and the rooms view wasn’t quiet as good and the new rooms shower bottom had a lot of soap scum on it but again I’m assuming this wasn’t ment just happened because the cleaner had said our room wouldn’t be ready for 24hr due to maintenance so not exactly their fault these things happen I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a great motel for a great price

Decent location, cabins not the cleanest
My grandparents, husband and I recently stayed in two cabins for the weekend. We arrived a little early at 1pm to see if the rooms were ready early, however they weren’t and we were advised we’d be phoned when they were cleaned. We didn’t receive a call, so ended up arriving after the designated 2pm check in time. Upon entry to our rooms, my grandparent’s cabin stank very strongly of cigarette smoke which gave them headaches. We found a large cockroach inside the entry to our cabin, and the overall cleanliness was poor. Only a thin blanket and sheet were provided on the beds, and rather flimsy mattresses. The main bedroom was up a steep flight of stairs, which made going to the toilet during the night rather inconvenient. Cabins were a decent size. The actual grounds of the accommodation were nice and well kept. We enjoyed a delicious cocktail at the on-site restaurant, and the location was in easy access with a car. Overall not very satisfied given the price, we’d particularly expect a more thorough clean.

Great view but very small space to move around.
We enjoyed our time but would have enjoyed it more if we didn’t have to clean the dust off everything before we used them also couldn’t use the freezer section of the fridge as it was iced up and you couldn’t put anything in it. A bit more care in vacuuming and dusting would help. Also could do with 2 chairs in the room.
