"It's a scam. We went there 4 hours drive and found out no room. We tried to contact the owner and he gave the wrong number. We messaged thru expedia but no response. Expedia agents cant contact them also. It was a very terrible experience"

"The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. Her place is very neat and linens are clean and smells good too. And if you’re planning to cook your own food, better buy ahead all your needs before going there unless you bring your own car. Overall, I love the place and we’ll surely book the same place. Thank you again Ann👍🤗"

"The place is nice but the AC is not working and it’s so uncomfortable. And it scares me and my daughter when we saw a cockroach. And the WiFi and tv is not working . So there’s not much of entertainment. But the convenience of the place that is so near in all the very good restaurants and tourist spot was the best part. Hopefully they fix the problem. Thank you again. "

"We were not received at the hotel. we have paid for our booking in full but when we arrived at the hotel/condo, we were told that the rooms are already booked. And worst, only the lobby guard attended to us. None from the management of the property came to at least talk to us."

"So I did same day booking at 5pm of Nov 29, did not get any response untill 8pm of Nov 30. I will have this disputed if this gets to my Credit card. Did not get the service at all. Was asking for a contact person since according to the facility, all rooms have hosts to welcome guests at the lobby."

"There are cockroaches in the unit, the ac doesnt cool the room, some soiled linen still in the cabinet with spoiled food in the plastic. One of us got bitten by bedbugs maybe the beddings didnt change.. so disgusting!"

"The place is dirty, whole bldng is not comfortable for family gatherings.. specialy new year. Units are small, its just a studio type room, they just divided it so it would look like a 1 bedroom unit. We checked out early, not so comforting & definitely relaxing place to stay."
