"The size of the rooms and the amenities are excellent. Nice pool and restaurant. Convenient location and hotel shuttle to Mall of Asia. But the outstanding service of the staff, including the attendants, housekeeping, and restaurant staff, set the Heritage apart from other hotels. If you are visiting from abroad, you will especially appreciate help with baggage and arranging transportation."

The service people were wonderful ... the bed was Comfortable ... would have liked a Fan on/off button in the bathroom !!! "

"Hotel is very clean. I love that our room had hardwood floors which is much better for my allergies. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our stay and actually decided to stay here again towards the end of our trip."
