Hotel Butik di Basso Veronese

"Meraviglioso, personale gentilissimo e location da sogno in mezzo al verde. Avevamo una suite nella torre con la scala di accesso privata, al piano poco sotto c’era una stanza con biliardo e poltrone per momenti di relax dove potevi rilassarti, il castello è molto grande e si può accedere sia al giardino al primo piano molto ben curato, che girare per tutte le arre liberamente. Ogni sala ha collezioni a tema di pregio e per finire la colazione ottima con prodotti freschi e di qualità....

"Its quite a dated property for comfort and definitely not a 5 star hotel experience. The bedsheets and pillows were the worst Ive experienced - they seemed to be made of weird recycled material. The reception staff were pleasant but they recommended a local car rental company as their prefered provider who ended up quoting way more than every other rental company in Verona and they said they could deliver car to the hotel - not the actual case so we cancelled and booked with bigger name."
