"Hard to cite anything that didn’t go right or needs improvement. This property is an experience. Beautiful food ( our breakfast was included), suite towels and linens were lovely, and the staff sincerely tries to anticipate your every need. The grounds are heavenly, with many little alcoves and niches to sit and soak up the nature. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it rained. "This hotel is a real gem! It’s an older hotel but it’s very well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The staff is friendly and welcoming and their breakfast is out of this world! I would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again if I’m ever back in Verona."

"Great location and staff were unbelievable kind and helpful! Surprisingly quiet despise being on a street facing room. Will come back. If you don’t want to eat Italian food anymore, try the crazy noodles Asian restaurant around the corner. Mom and daughter duo are amazing and their food is incredible!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Truly Verona – Juliet House and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and incredibly well located, making it easy to explore Verona on foot. It was also very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. The bed was excellent, there was plenty of space to hang and store clothing, and I appreciated being able to open the windows to let in some fresh air. The kitchen was functional and had everything I needed. Fresh towels, hand soap, and body wash were provided, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Prosecco and bottled water waiting for me upon arrival. The staff at the front desk were also exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The only small thing I would suggest is providing shampoo and conditioner, as those weren’t included. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I truly couldn’t have asked for more and would happily stay here again."

"Excellent breakfast! The hotel is located conveniently in the heart of Verona within walking distance of many attractions. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was a nice bonus (not every hotel in the area has AC). Best breakfast we've enjoyed at a hotel in a long time! Great start to every morning. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We would stay again next time!"

"This was our first time in Verona and won’t be our last! The hotel staff were very helpful (especially when it came to parking and restaurant recommendations). The hotel is close to everything you want to see. The room was gorgeous, food and drink of the highest quality and the building close enough to walk everywhere. We will definitely visit again"
