"This is a fabulous BNB! Ada was in constant communication with us to ensure our arrival went as planned. Massimo gave us history of our room which was exactly as pictured. Restorations uncovered under many layers beautiful frescos. The bathroom addition was brightly lit, the shower was large and lots of water pressure. "Gorgeous modern rooms, remodeled in 2024. Nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen at an hotel. Absolutely prime location, right on the min shopping street and steps from I’ll Campo. Amina was the best host ever and even helped us schlep our bags all the way to the Stadium parking lot (a 15 minute haul and the only downside about the property). "

"Vår vistelse på Podere La Strega var fantastisk! Paret som hade hand om oss var alldeles underbara. Frukosten var trevlig vid ett stort gemensamt bord och god mat, mannen på hotellet ordnade en riktigt bra kaffe! Poolområdet var rent och fräsch och det märktes att de tar väl hand om stället. Vi vill åka tillbaka redan nu!"

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel en grande partie rénové. Les extérieurs doivent encore l’être et dénotent. Le personnel était amical et très serviable. Les chambres et le restaurant sont aménagés et décorés avec goût dans une maison Toscane typique de l’extérieur, moderne de l’intérieur. Le petit déjeuné était merveilleux. Le spa est petit mais très joli et nous avons adoré le massage de Cécilia. Le seul bémol est le prix un peu trop élevé. "

"Room was exactly as described. The view was breathe-taking. Too narrow a window for check-in (2-4)pm, especially when arriving by train and trying to find the ever elusive taxis in Siena. There are 3 flights of stairs to handle and no elevator, but this is typical for older hotels in Italy. WiFi would have been nice."
