The property is gorgeous and it’s very conveniently located to most attractions on the cape. "My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the July 4th week. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor. The one bedroom’s have a living room / kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The kitchen area includes a large dining table, an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the kitchen plates, bowls, utensils. "Perfect motel for our long weekend last week. Very quiet and comfortable room. Simple and included all the basics. Room recently was refreshed and super clean. We used it primarily for sleeping. Each day we went out exploring for the entire day. A very convenient location for the eastern part of the Cape. Location of motel is on a bike trail, too. Walkable to mini golf and ice cream "
