"The parking lot is unlit and full of U-Haul rental trucks and large Asplundh tree trucks making it difficult at best to navigate their lot with a larger vehicle. Also had a broken toilet, really bad water pressure and towels that were stained and looked to be older than me(48yrs). The walls are paper thin as well so partying neighbors were up until at least 3am. In addition they are supposedly “non smoking” rooms, but room 113 smelled like someone had hot boxed an entire pack of unfiltered Camels 30 minutes before I checked in. No one at the desk to speak with about any of this so I will give a full report here. How anyone would give this place 5 stars is beyond me. 100% must be the owners leaving their own reviews. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. "

"I don't know that I will stay here again but this has nothing to do with the staff. While we were sleeping sometime after midnight, loud music playing right outside of our room woke us up, along with cigarette smell. A men was standing right outside blasting music on his phone and smoking. We asked him if he can stop his music, which he denied he was playing. We closed the door and try calling the front desk but the phone in the room was not working so we called from our cell phone. The woman in the front desk I believe went outside and told him to stop playing his music, however this ruined our sleep and we were not able to sleep in peace for the rest of the night. "

"This Hotel is completely adequate. It’s definitely not the Hyatt but good bang for your buck. Not many breakfast options but I’m not much of a breakfast eater so the yogurt they had was fine with me. They also had fruit, rolls,coffee and tea. Staff( Cindy) was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. "

"if only there were those nice lamps with the built in USB ports and maybe a little more comfortable beds but other than that worth the money! "
