"The three-bedroom was a decent size. Unfortunately, it was on the top floor and the other guests I was with had trouble going up the stairs, but we will know for next time. However, the front desk staff were kind to offer us another option to a two-bedroom to accommodate our needs, but my other guests said it’s only for two nights. "Located close to the Philip Island Conservation Park. Small, quiet complex with parking just outside the door. Very welcoming and comfy. Beautifully decorated with wonderful touches such as throw blankets, movies, and books. Loved the heated mattress! Chris, the property manager was very friendly and responsive. Wished we could have stayed longer and would absolutely recommend."

"We stayed in 344 The Waves for the weekend and it was very nice and pleasant. Apartment has ample space, kitchen has all your need, there are supplies like coffee, tea and even wines! And the spa-bath was very nice (bit noisy but nice). Balcony floor could use a clean, but that is really nitpicking. Location was excellent, at the beach with all the Phillip Island attractions within 15-20 mins drive. We loved it."

"We stayed for a long weekend and it was a really nice place to stay. Clean, nice furniture, lovely little balcony to sit on. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and hotels, all in easy walking distance. The layout of the apartment is unusual in that the bunk beds are in the entrance/kitchenette area, but it was good to be separate from the living area, which is where the queen bed is situated. A great place to stay, especially short term. "
