"I am disappointed at the quality of this hotel used by hotels.com. The room I was given was filthy and looked like it was still under construction. There were 35 steps to reach the receptio. Not suitable for elderly or disabled. Only have of the bathroom was tiled rest was bare cement. Carpet was filthy. Mini bar / fridge rusted inside. Dust everywhere. On thing good was the bed was clean and comfortable."

"I stayed at Heleninn suit Honestly one of the best stays I have had in many years. The manager and staff were extremely helpful and supportive. The rooms were great value for money and close to the main park and city center is only around a 20 min walk. I Would strongly recommend it"

"We enjoyed the stay in your place. Your water massage bathtub is good~ nice idea! Other than the city tour in Izmir, we also like the friendly neighborhood like the 24hrs bread shop, Turkish restaurants. Also, the park and grocery store are nearby.its safe when we walk in the community at the evening time. Just a small adice. For the kitchen, if there are pots and pan, it would be more convenient to use the stove. "

"3 büyük yatak, 2-3 tane kanepe var diye oda kiraladık. 2 büyük yatak ve 3 tane eski süngerler özelliğini kaybetmiş kanepe vardı. Salonda ışık yok, kombi çalışmıyor, duşa kabin kırık, klozet kapağı kırık, banyo da ışık yok ufak bi fişte çalışan lamba koymuşlar işimiz acil olmasa kalınacak yer değil. "

"The housekeeper is adorable. She did her best to fix the issues I had in the apartment ( AC not working properly, very poor WiFi, tv same thing…) the apartment itself is raggedy but for the price I think it’ll do."

The location of the hotel is excellent for visitors as it is near the bazar quarter(10 minutes walk) the coast (20 minute walking) an kültürpark and its museums (5 minutes). Metro is not far away either. The cons were the cleanliness of the hotel, which was far from satisfactory, and the fact that there is no parking, despite hotel’s claims that it has free parking. We had to leave our car in the streets near the hotel. "

"Die Leute an der Rezeption konnten weder englisch noch deutsch sprechen.Unser Zimmer war ziemlich herunter gekommen. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt und das WLAN fiel tageweise aus. In diesem Nichtraucher Apartment waren viele Zigarettenbrandlöcher im Teppich, Sofa etc. In der Küche fehlten Töpfe . Die Unterkunft ist nahe zum S-Bahnhof gelegen."

"Positives I stayed here with my five year old daughter. She was treated kindly by all the staff. She particularly bonded with Ayse, Deniz and Solah. Ayse noticed it had been my daughter's fifth birthday two days before we arrived which was a lovely touch. She always made time for my daughter to sit and chat with her. Beautiful five star hotel, good facilities, full spa, saunas, hairdressers, two pools, indoor and out, which my child loved. There looks like an excellent gym too which I didn't have opportunity to use due to child. Beautiful gardens with sculptures, lovely aroma of Jasmine, lavender, amongst others and a children's play area. Gardeners were landscaping and tending to the plants throughout the day. Good choices at breakfast both of hot and cold food, some Turkish, some international. Good quality non UPF breads, sourdough and wholemeal, good choice of hot foods. Lots of fruits, seeds, berries, chia seeds, herbs, leaves, tahini and Molasses. Anybody following a wholefood way of life would be catered for and able to find WFPB that is not so easy to source outside the hotel. Breakfast staff are very attentive and welcoming. I asked for help from reception twice, once for a sheet because the duvet was too hot and the second time for a top up of green tea. Fantastic service from Housekeeping, Elif and team. Cons Check out was 12noon which is nice. My flight was 9pm so I asked about how much it would cost to use the pool after check out I was quoted £60! "
