Excellent location, convenient trip to airport, 5 star service especially provided by manager Udit

The staff were very friendly, helpful. The breakfast spread was very good.

I stayed there for 5 nights and the staff are very efficient and courteous. The facilities and service is also very good. Somehow they have managed to create a very relaxing environment within the hotel. The rooms are also well-lit and easy to work in. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Kolkata for either business aor pleasure.

the decor was nice. no guidance as to places to visit / sim card / transport etc
