"The Novotel staff were very helpful. When we checked in we received an upgrade! The room was cleaned beautifully everyday. The location was fantastic. We never hire a car and everything was in walking distance. We booked a few excursions with get your guide and we didn’t have to walk to the pick up points for more than 10 minutes. Lots of food places to have our meals which were on our doorstep. The Novotel made our trip to Brussels truly memorable. Thank you."

"The apart hotel is just beside De Broukere metro station so it’s convenient. The kitchen has everything you need, including beer bottle opener and corkscrew. The best part I think is the water dispenser machine at the lobby, you can even choose sparkling/ soda water if you like. The staff are friendly especially Manuel! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Brussels, though I wish the price is slightly lower."

"Convenient stay"

"Staff was not kind, they made me pay for breakfast while on the eve the agent reassured me that breakfast was free. Plus, every hotel I had stayed in before offered me a free baby crib, I got it for free but in this hotel, they said I need to pay an additional 55Euro or 60Euro. That was not friendly or cool not because of money but it means the hotel is not family-friendly. The hotel can do better on that front."

"Najua at the front desk was extremely informative, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel has a laundry room on the main floor, which makes is extremely convenient. It is very easy to use. They also have a coffee and tea station available 24 hours a day. This hotel is close to all the sites. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.. we had a beautiful stay."
