The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as convenient as possible. We had a bad travel day the day before and the friendliness and kindness of the staff was greatly appreciated.

Comfortable room with convenient location
Overall, we had a nice experience at Balade Hotel. The room was nice, big and clean, and it was easy to reach the city center by foot. The only issue we had was with our GPS, we couldn't reach the location because there were some closed streets and one-way streets. The employee that helped us at the phone was in Zurich, so she couldn't really help us. Moreover, it took a while to create the key-card and it cost 10 minutes of international call 😭 when we solved these issues, our stay was definitely nice.
