In den letzten Jahren ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis im Bad Bubendorf massiv schlechter geworden. Auch der Service ist nur noch ein Abklatsch vom ehemaligen Standard. Das neue Managment hat die alten Mitarbeiter, die seit Jahrzehnten dabei waren samt und sonders ersetzt

Short business stay.

Nice hotel. Good room. I only ate at the bar and the food was very good. Due to restrictions breakfast was ordered the night before. When I arrived for breakfast my food was already set out at a table for me. Unfortunately it was also covered in flies. Not too nice.

Très bel hotel mais les chambres sont petites et il y fait vite très chaud. Pas d’air conditionné malheureusement et nous avions une chambre directement au dessus de la route donc bruyante. Le prix très élevé était pas justifié par le niveau de confort.

A trip down memory lane, had lived in the area some 69 years ago and passed the "old" Bad Bubebdorf on a daily basis. Wonderful to see what a splendid hotel and restaurant it has become!

Perlenhochzeit

Das eher junge Personal bemüht sich durchwegs um einen guten Service, es fehlt aber DER oder DIE Chefin. Das Zimmer im alten Teil war sehr schön und sauber, die getrennte Anordnung von Toilette und Dusche aber eher unpraktisch. Während unserer Übernachtung wurde Hochzeit gefeiert und es haben sich ausser uns sicher alle über die nochmals sehr warme Nacht gefreut. Unsere Zimmerfenster waren gegen der Innenhof zwischen den Gebäuden gerichetet und der wurde bis tief in die Nacht für Musik und v.a. als Rauchertreffpunkt mit angeregten Unterhaltungen genutzt. Zum Glück stand da noch ein Ventilator zur Verfügung...auch Ohrenstöpsel haben wir am Morgen zwischen den Utensilien der Toilette entdeckt:) Für das leckere Essen in der Osteria haben wir uns für ein 6-Gang Überraschungsmenü entschieden. Etwas viel - da noch zusätzlich kleine Gänge vom Haus eingebracht wurden (Weinemfehlung..?) Ingesamt ein bleibender Eindruck..

Direkt an der Hauptstrasse, gute Erreichbarkeit. Zimmergrösse ausreichend. Kein Mückenschutz. Am Abend reduzierter Service. Optische Kreativität der Speisen widerspiegelt nicht die Kulinarik. Swissness wird nicht umgesetzt.

es lohnt sich, das Hotel einmal kennen zu lernen

schönes Hotel, Alt und Neu gut kombiniert, leider ist der Ort nicht gut ausgeschildert und wenn man kein Navi hat, schwierig zu finden Schade, dass man mit diesem Hotel keine Punkte sammeln kann, sollte sich ändern

Very comfortable modern hotel with old Swiss feel. Not for traveler after access to fun locations. Middle of nowhere. Good for business traveler or folks on their way to somewhere else. Good restaurants and bar. Atmosphere. Breakfast good wholesome selection. Room has tv with program for a host o f language preferences. Staff very helpful.
