this resort is one of my best and favorite resort so far since i stayed in the philippines for 2 months. Its my first time staying but i felt like 1 night is not enough. if i just known how beautiful the place is i would have stayed longer with my family. service is excellent, people works there are so helpful. I would love to tell everyone that this place is wonderful.

The staff made the stay, they were so accommodating.
The first room smelled moldy and we were moved to a second room which had no hot water and we had to shower in another room. This happened 2 out of 5 days.
Breakfast was plentiful but not as good as the Savoy Manila

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—from the front desk team to the lifeguards. Everyone made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options, although I would have appreciated a fish dish as an additional choice.
My only minor complaint is the toilet seat in our room. It was quite wobbly and seems like it’s due for a replacement. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back.
