Great place to stay. Away from everything by about 30 minutes. Nice play area and indoor soccer court for the kids. 4 stars because they didnt give us the room we purchased. We ended up getting it fixed but had issues upon arrival. Food and drink was expensive but because its so far from everything, you have no other option.

Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. 313 Euro pro Nacht mit vier Erwachsenen in einem kleinen Zimmer mit Frühstück ist aus meiner Sicht überteuert. Die Ausziehbetten sind auch viel zu klein für Erwachsene

Für kurze Zeit oder mit Kids perfekt

Als "normaler" Gast (ohne Kinder) ist der Aufenthalt im JUFA für ein paar wenige Übernachtungen vollkommen ok - für einen längeren Aufenthalt jedoch eher schwierig. Mit Kindern jedoch eine tolle Location.

Wünsche bei der Reservierung zu Lage und Ort des Zimmers wurden nicht berücksichtigt. Schulklasse hatte im Saunabereich eine „Party“ mit exzessivem Alkoholkonsum veranstaltet und eine Benutzung des „Erholungs- bzw. Wellnessbereichs“ war nicht möglich. Frühstück dafür sehr umfangreich.

Amazing experience at JUFA Hotel Montafon.

Very friendly staff greeted us and checked us in. We arrived after dinner time but they still made it possible that we could eat a meal.

Top Preis Leistung - Top Silvester Lokation

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und es war erneut alles super. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Silvester Angebot. Großartige Orga und super leckeres Menu zu spitzen Preisen. Wir waren mit insgesamt 3 Familien vor Ort. Einzige Anmerkung: Der Service an der Bar war nach dem Abendessen nur nach sehr langen Wartezeiten zu nutzen und die Möglichkeit sich als Gruppe gemütlich zusammen zu setzen war eher eingeschränkt.... Ansonsten alles super, wie gesagt.

Great hotel for families with kids

The hotel is great for families with kids . Our kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor play areas , the indoor soccer field etc . The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good . It is close to restaurants and plenty of outdoor activities. We had a blast at Golm alpine coaster . We’ll definitely visit again .

Sauberkeit schlecht, es wird am Personal gespart!

Beim Check-In wurden wir minutenlang nicht beachtet, weil der Mann an der Rezeption (Chef) sich um andere Dinge gekümmert hat, obwohl er uns gesehen hat. Dann wirkte er recht mürrisch. Er hat uns nur zu zweit erwartet, hatten zu dritt gebucht. Zimmer war nur für 2 hergerichtet. Wir mussten dann am Abend nochmal nachfragen, wann denn das Bett für unsere Tochter überzogen wird. Er kam dann und machte es persönlich. Essen ist OK in Buffetform morgens und abends. Geschirr räumt dann jeder selbst ab. Das hat den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Leider wird nach der ersten "Besetzung" der Tisch nicht vom Personal abgewischt. Wenn man zur zweiten Besetzung gehört, sind die Tische krümelig und schmutzig. Also selbst Hand anlegen. Die eine Hilfskraft kann es einfach nicht leisten. Die Platten der Füße der Tische zeigen noch den Schmutz der Vortage. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, nicht gerade geräumig, aber OK. Leider wurde bei uns von 7 Tagen einmal das Zimmer nicht gemacht und einmal nur auf Nachfrage. Meistens sehr spät am Tag, dass man nach dem Skitag nochmal das Zimmer verlassen musste. Auf dem Regal war dicker Staub, auf dem man schreiben konnte. Ein Tag wurde der Saunabereich nicht gereinigt. Abfluss verstopft > Dusche übergelaufen. Keine frischen Handtücher. Dampfsauna und IR-Kabine außer Betrieb. Indoor-Spielplatz ist super für Kinder. Das Hotel ist eigentlich recht neuwertig, aber es wird offenbar stark am Personal gespart. Anders sind die Defizite nicht zu erklären. Schade!
