"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Every staff member we encountered was polite, welcoming, and eager to help. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. "When we enter the location, the staff read it us very quickly. Ask as if we had been helped. The check-in process was very quick and the staff were so kind. They gave us a better room than what we had reserved. When we walked into the room. We discovered it to be very clean very spacious like a mini suite it was just a weekend, leisure trip and it turned out to be a very fun and relaxing trip mostly thanks to the hotel. Not to mention, they also gave me two complementary drink cards."

"The property has many technology and their light fixtures is interesting. The problem is the room set up. It is a tiny space. The need is surrounded by wall in the sides and the person next to window can not get off the bed without crawling on top of the second person. It is probably ok for a single traveler. This is definitely not for a two person. The pictures are misleading and does not show the reality of the room and the staff was not helpful when on the second day I attempted to cancel...

"This hotel was conveniently located to many places for tourism, eating etc. The front desk and door staff were incredibly accommodating to help with keeping bags at desk when needed, holding doors and greeting us, asking if we needed an umbrella, free waters and as many coffee pods as needed, etc. We stayed for 6 nights and they were so great that we plan to stay again in the future!"

"Nice location, except that when Mr. President decides to come out, H street is the first one to get traffic control, ie, blocked., Hotel entrance needs a better sign. The only real problem is that room service is not responding to request really well and it does take some efforts to get sets of clean towels."
