"Un bel hôtel avec la pisicine. Bien situé dans une zone commerciale et à 10’ des outlet. Promotion supplémentaire avec l’hôtel dans les Outlet. C’est déjà notre deuxième court séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est disponible, le petit déjeuner est correct, la chambre est spacieuse et propre avec des équipements fonctionnels. Le restaurant pour le soir est en revanche limité en terme de choix le dimanche et le personnel met du temps à prendre les commandes et servir …"

"We have stayed at the Royal before and it is very convenient for walking into old town of Troyes and there is either parking outside and another car park across the road. Rooms were perfect and had air conditioning which was lovely seen as we stayed in the heatwave of 36 degrees at the time."

"Located in a quiet place - that values in Troyes as the proximity of all restaurants/ attractions - is in a walking distance. All rooms are clean and air-conditioned - great plus - during our stay with +36C day temperature. Beds ( king size) are great with high quality linen/pillows. Good size of the bathroom / shower- though only large dripping shower head is operational. All utilities/ trims are old and outdated as probably at most appartments/hotels in Troyes - but in OK shape - at least wooden floor does not squeak on each step. Communication to host is a challenge - no response in the booking messenger / but I managed to setup check-in by calling phone Nr."

"Everything was fine - our room was authentic and high spec in the best way - separate bathroom and wc top class -but it was too dark having a small low down window- you couldn't see out of it without bending down - I guess this was the basic accommodation. I wouldn't particularly want to stay in that particular room again but would certainly stay in a room with a proper window. We had an aperitif in the lovely garden and then the basic set menu in the restaurant and it was excellent. There are nice grounds and pools etc. It is a little off the beaten track but we loved it."

"From our arrival to our departure all was perfect. Parking, is a must. The charm of the hotel is undeniable. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The situation is excellent . The breakfast a feast for all tastes. I warmly recommend this super hotel"
