We had several issues with shower not working and door locks but staff did their best to resolve it and were very helpful We enjoyed our stay as it's centrally located and there's loads of eating options nearby. The hotel has a bar and serves breakfast but we didn't use these during our stay Nice hikes nearby "

"The room was fantastic but the check in experience was very poor. We had a printout from an email which said to use the Gileston Manor Courtyard with cream gates as the entrance, upon arrival at 7:30PM (more than 3 hours before check in ended) the gates were locked and the number provided was going straight to voicemail. Texts and voicemail was left with no response. After waiting for 20 minutes with the car hazards on, on a main road, we decided to look around and parked in the Manor Estate...
