"Such an amazing hotel. All the staff were amazing! Everyone went above and beyond during our stay. The place is very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Also to old San Juan! But most of off Jessica made the entire stay memorable. Thanks to her everything was an excellent experience. Anything we needed they made sure we had and then some. At night we didn’t feel unsafe at all. All the doors in the front gets locked automatically but even with that Jonathan was attentive and ensure we were Safe. Thank you again for such an amazing time. Cannot wait to visit again. Will always recommend this place."

"I LOVED THE HOTEL, IT WAS NICE, CLEAN AND THE LOCATION WAS GREAT! HOWEVER, I PAID EXTRA FOR A GOOD ROOM LOCATION BUT WAS PUT IN A SPACE THAT LOOKED AT THE ROOF TOP OF A LOWER BLDG CONNECTED TO THE HOTEL AND EVERYTHING CONNECTED TO A GOOD VIEW WAS BLOCKED! I THINK HOUSEKEEPING FORGOT US AND DIDN'T COME ON DAY #2! I STILL HAD A GOOD TIME AND BESIDES THAT ITS A GREAT PLACE!!! THAT IS WHY I GAVE 4 INSTEAD OF 5 STARS"
