"Staff was excellent and room was pretty clean. Except there was a small blood stain on the sheets. Parking however is atrocious for "non-members" which I was never offered a membership anyway. Lot was over grown full of potholes and generally ill-kempt."

"Bed bugs!! I travel multiple times a year. This is the first time my husband and I have ever been exposed to such a thing! Room stunk of sewage. Food was barely average. Service was mediocre at best. Go elsewhere! There are finer resorts with better food and pricing and hopefully without bed bugs!!"

"Unlike other hotels, If you don’t put the maid service sign on your door your room will not be cleaned. Also, arrangements should be made with the airport for guests parking. I had to pay $30 a day to park my rental. That added to the nightly cost of the room…well let’s say I could have gotten someplace cheaper and just as nice. The complimentary breakfast is decent. The hotel is a nice, clean, fabulous scented hotel. Well kept and maintained."

"Yes the room was clean. The staff at the desk had poor attidues and had us wait a very long gome for the 3 rooms that we had. She didn't tell the truth aboug trying to contact me the the room was ready even though I NEVER left the lobby seated right in front of the counters. Once we finally hotbin the room it was alright."

"The check-in process was nice and quick. Also I was very happy our room was ready when we got there at 12 and didn’t have to wait til 3. Hotel is very clean as well. The staff are very friendly. Location isn’t very far from the beach, about a 10min walk. The only reason I gave a 4 is bc the breakfast is just ok and always had something missing. For instance waffles with no syrup. Also, when you get beach chairs, they only give for 2 people. We had 3 people in our stay. Other than that our stay was amazing and would def recommend. "
