Clean rooms but the bathroom in room above ours had a leak that cascaded into ours. What stood out was that, despite the late hour of the event, the front desk staff responded quickly, provided an alternate room, and followed up with a complimentary breakfast the following morning.

The room was very clean, and everything worked well throughout the stay. The only downside was the noisy upstairs neighbor. The man shouted loudly and made banging noises all night. This happened on a couple of nights.
