First of all regarding driveway Motel was built in 1955 and city pulled in new road .So we can not change this .Regarding pillows you could ask for more pillows. Sorry Mam if you could read your booking it clearly says on the top Hotel collects the payment so we did ,you are not charged twice. Thanks for your comments.

Mam i am sorry about the comments you have made about the property .I you could come to the office and told us that you did not like the room icould gladly refund the money without the penalty .You have spend the night and still want the refund. Secondly you did not mentioned about the mess you left behind in the toom.

First of all Mam you were mad because i told you we can not cancel only you have to go through expedia and they can cancel. But you decided to stay. Before you filled out the registration card i had shown you the room and you said ok .If you did not like the room you should have told me i could change your room.You are pissed off because i did not canceled. I feel sorry to hear your comments that we did not have aphone etc .Every room has phone and built in tv wake up call and time. Thanks any way for your views.

Thanks MR Philip taking some time to give some comments about holes witch were made by some of our previous guests witch it takes some time to fix and paint it can not be done over night. Management don not temper with the items you have mentioned only some guest do.Regarding key deposit and damage ,did you get the deposit back or not.If you have received then what is the problem.Next time please could you tell the people donot steal the key and do not make the hole in the wall and i will appreciate.Thanks any way.

We are very sorry for your uncomfortable night because you picked the cheap place because you did not want to spend $ 400.00 and up when the other hotels with high standard were available in the market .If you had read my guests reviews you will find 100 % liked my beds .Thanks any way at least you have expressed your views.
