There is no security in this hotel. Anyone can walk in the back door and no one would know. Upon checkin, the light in the bathroom wasnt working and the patio door (we are on the ground floor) didn't lock. We had to switch rooms after hauling in our luggage which was very inconvenient as my mother has health issues. I will definitely not be staying here again!! Also, when we asked to speak to a manager, there was no one here but the girl at reception that had no clue. We couldn't even even get an extra bar of soap because housekeeping was gone for the day!!?

Booked a ground floor room with a couch. They put me in one just a chair. I went buy and asked they said there was a mistake and all the ground floor suits were booked. They ended up putting me in an upstairs Hotel suite. Not ideal

Great room, but moved a bunch of kids above us at 11pm. We had to threaten to call Police and Cfs re unaccompanied kids at midnight before the staff moved them and we were able to get some sleep.

The room I was given had not been cleaned when I entered, so I had to get a new room. The second room smelled and things were generally in a state of disrepair. The area is a bit depressing

The whole property smelled of sewage. Had to switch rooms twice, our third room smelled of bleach and cleaner. Broken windows, damaged walls, broken toilet. No elevator. Looks like a very old hotel that was poorly renovated by amateurs to look like a semi nice hotel. But don't let that fool you, it is not a nice hotel whatsoever. Tried to get a refund but the hotel refused to refund me. Terrible experience.

The room had a damp smell to it and the a/c heater was older than I am, and was unclear if it was working at all. The hottub was pretty foamy, usually a sign of chems not being up kept . The bathroom shower curtain rod was damaged and the curtain didn't stay closed well as a result.

Cigarette butts all over the grounds, maybe provide some butt out cans. Shower curtain rod was broken and the bathroom fan was very dusty, pillows were very lumpy and not comfortable . Staff was very friendly and other than the above mentioned the room was clean and breaky was good. decent room, decent price

Rooms are very dirty !!!! Shower was filthy. Shower curtain was stained. Rooms smelt like awful. There were no screen on the windows. Outside is a mess! Stairs had a smell of cigarettes inside. The only thing good about this place was the staff was very nice.

We checked in at 5:00 pm and our room had not been cleaned yet but the guy at the desk didn’t know this so we were very shocked to find this when we opened the door. We needed to change to go to a function. We were offered another room but we had family staying in the rom next to ours so we declined. When we arrived later that night the room was cleaned.

Dirty location - staff are not friendly - got woken up in the middle of the night to someone pounding on our door and others. Was terrifying and no one did anything about it. Towels were stained, sink and bathtub were stained and dirty looking. Makes sense that the prices are low. Smells dirty and like cigarettes in the stairwell and hallways. No elevator and ice machine on main floor only.

The room was clean but clearly was showing its age. The window had a bad draft and a small puddle had formed at the window from the rain. Being so close to the highway with old windows means the sound was pretty loud.

First of all when we got there, they were not very nice at the front desk second of all we went swimming and the swimming pool stunk like fish. It seem like the swimming pool had been cleaned or the hot tub. There was a rim around the hot tub. And there is no elevator to get to the second floor, which is very inconvenient. The noise at night was so loud we could not sleep we were up all night because of it.
