"Café da manhã: fila do café da manhã terrível, gigantesca. Não houve reposição dos produtos. Quarto: toalhas e lençóis velhos e puídos. E não houve serviço de quarto em um dos dias, apesar de inúmeros ligações para cobrar e reiterar a cobrança. Colocaram a culpa na alta ocupação do hotel, o que é um absurdo! "
