Shopping center, pharmacy, and gas station near the area; free parking; communication with the staff was deficient, I called more than six times in three days to the two phone numbers listed to confirm my reservation and nobody answered. The same day in the morning I received a text message with instructions for the express check-in (there was no welcoming greeting nor attending personnel, except for the maid).

Good Experience.
The experience was very good. We’re met the owner and was very nice person and hospitality. No hot water, the only inconvenience. I will come again.

Did not like tv programing. This facility is much improved since last time I was there: the staff is great and the common areas arena beautiful.

Ok but wouldn't stay again
Only thing that was on point was they are people.friendly that's all, where do i begin with this place. We were told about being able to buy dinner and eat there before 10pm, we stayed there for 4 days not once were we able to just eat and just relax for a dinner. We paid for a queen bed and got a full size instead everytime I went to try and get coffee or no coffee for me to make it myself or coffee pot was gone from the coffee maker had to buy coffee else where also everyday, says hot water nope no hot water for a shower my room was supposed to be two rooms since it was wife son and myself as soon as you open the room door couples bed is there then another room with no door next to it no privacy for my son to go to the bathroom he had to go through our room. All and all it was ok but would not stay again.

Estimado Sr. Nogueras, Hacemos referencia a sus comentarios sobre su estadía en los días 11 al 14 de diciembre en la habitación # 5.Queremos señalar que Piatto restaurant, aunque es una amenidad del hotel, son concepcionarios y tiene horarios establecidos de 7 am a 3 pm para brunch y de 5 pm a 10 pm para cenas.En cuanto a la cafetera, siempre nos aseguramos de proporcionar harina de café y azúcar para el disfrute de nuestros huéspedes.La habitación # 5 es un double room familiar donde están 2 habitaciones conectada con un solo baño, la cuál va dirigida a matrimonios con niños y nos parece sumamente acogedora y ha tenido excelente aceptación.Sugerimos explorar otras opciones en el área para futuras ocasiones, aunque reiteramos que nuestra reputación como Hotel Boutique limpio, seguro y acogedor se refleja en los comentarios positivos de otros huéspedes.Atentamente,Equipo del Canyon Boutique Hotelcanyonboutiquehotel@gmail.com939-242-0749

Been at The Canyon more than once for leisure. Staff and Management are very professional and approachable. There are many places to eat from Mc Donald’s Burger King to original Puertorican delicacy or cousine. And yes I do recommend it.

This new addition offers a delightful brunch experience from 7 am to 3 pm. Please note that on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, we currently do not serve dinner. However, on Thursdays, dinner is available from 5 pm to 9 pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays, you can enjoy dinner from 5 pm to 10 pm. Have been at The Canyon at least three times before rooms are clean the area is safe and plenty of places/ restaurants to eat from breakfast to dining in the evening , You can either drive to Barranquitas or Aibonito where you can find plenty of places to eat typical Puertorican cuisine. During the weekend the atmosphere is very upbeat.

Casi casi perfecto.
Muy limpio y excelente servicio. Nitya (si no se escribe así, disculpa) es una servidora excepcionalmente atenta. Es una lástima que con unas vistas tan hermosas las habitaciones no tengan ventilación e iluminación natural. Esto incide en el olor a humedad. Volveré cuando Inauguren el restaurante.

Was nervous when I booked it knowing the area and knowing not popular tourist spots. was pleasantly surprised upon entering room. communication was great up front with lock box key retrieval and drop off. didn't leave room until next morning after a long day so hotel definitely served its purpose from that capacity.

Been there at least twice and I have no complaints is nicely located if you are familiar with Puertorican cuisine there are lots of places to eat! The scenery around is beautiful and you can reach either northern or southern part of the Island in no time.

From Staff to room conditions very nice experience parking is little bit busy by day time but otherwise is ok in the evening hours either in Barranquitas or Aibonito are many places to eat from bakery’s to restaurants yes I will recommend, Thanks!

The only thing it was that when got to the hotel at the front door was locked so we had to use the side door. There is a slepery ramp and my sister felt down.

The tv did not work even though we carried out the instructions for the bug reports. In the shower we find hair and a razor. And the coffee refill never came. The cleanliness of the room in general ( except shower) and comfort of the beds was bin. We never coincide with any person since the front desk was closed all the time
