"So very grateful for this hotel being so close to BER. I fly out tomorrow, but fell in the bathtub at my former hotel and broke a few ribs and was able to upgrade to check in early. The staff here have been nothing but amazing! Thank you! "

"Because I made themsitake of booking via Expedia, there was some confusion. However the hotel was great, fixed the confusion and was lovely. The concierge was phenomenal and the desk staff lovely. The restaurants were all very good. Made it easy to be at a conference and also to have a day or two to see Berlin, Gorgeous decoration in this old building"
