"Breakfast okay, staff very friendly and welcoming.Good bar with selection of drinks. Toilet in my room could do with more scrubbing. Hotel is set in beautiful grounds; also close to Piccadilly line underground station. Standard rooms have no air conditioning. All in all lovely place. I will definitely stay again."

"The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "
