"My wife, our children, and I had an outstanding stay at Element by Marriott Fort Smith. From housekeeping to the front desk and management, every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our family feel welcome.
Our room was beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchenette included plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, a stovetop, and a dishwasher, which was incredibly convenient for a family. The room also had a spacious walk-in shower, very comfortable beds, a sleeper sofa, and an efficient, easy-to-control HVAC system.
The complimentary breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety for both adults and children. Our kids also loved the indoor pool and the many games available throughout the hotel.
The entire building and grounds were clean, attractive, and well maintained. We were impressed by the excellent selection and reasonable prices of the drinks and snacks available for purchase. The premium outdoor grilling area and cozy fire pit were also wonderful features that made the property feel especially inviting.
This hotel offers an exceptional combination of comfort, cleanliness, convenience, family-friendly amenities, and first-class hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Smith. A truly five-star experience."
