"Completely self managed technologically advanced marvel. Unique and memorable. Self accessed free storage lockers were a godsend. Easy walk to the bus stop and quick $3 ride to Downtown. Interactive HD TV, hundreds of channels. If ever wanting to see a band at Basement East again would book at the Russell in a heartbeat."

"We’ve stayed at the Germantown Inn for the past three years and have always enjoyed it, and seeing Krissy, the friendly and knowledgeable innkeeper. We were sorry to see this year that the lovely afternoon charcuterie spread is no longer offered and the generous warm breakfast including homemade quiche is now a barebones collection of muffins and other empty carbs and a pot of coffee. Germantown Inn was a pricey indulgence that the extras helped us to rationalize. I feel less inclined to choose...

"Staff was lovely, but there was no closet in my room, there was also no dresser. It was super weird that there was nowhere to put my clothes. Room and bathroom was very dark. Shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold. "

"Clean hotel, great location! Do put your “Do Not Disturb” sign out on your door… housekeeping will knock on your door early otherwise. "

"The deskless check-in process is easy and everything worked like it should. The room had complimentary ear plugs and some small snacks. The beds were firm but comfortable. "

"Two things need improvement with facility/accommodations. Make sure the bathroom sinks drain. Have maid check them and report if they don’t. Ours did not. Put enough body soap/shampoo in bathroom for two people to shower. The little bottles they provided were only enough for one. "

"I loved th amenities at this property and our room looked great with a comfortable bed. My only complaint would be that our room smelled like dog. I understand that many hotels now allow pets, but I think there should be limited rooms that allow them in rooms without carpet. We had to buy air freshener but the dog smelled continued to return."

"The location was amazing! Just a block down from Broadway, and 2nd Street also has so much to do. The hotel room was huge, the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had views of the river. We had two kings and a pullout couch. The couch was quirky, but we figured it out. The front desk workers were helpful. The walls seem to be a bit thin, and we could hear conversations clearly from the next room, but we left the AC fan on constant and that blocked it all out. Mel’s drive-in...

"Room lock didn’t work, we had to wait 15 minutes to get back into our room everytime we left the room. Girl who Che led us out could care less. Valet parking tried to charge us for 3 days even though we only booked one night. "
