Excellent location within easy walking distance to Bardolino centre - 5-10 minutes. Easy access to ferry connection to other town / port on Lake Garda. Hotel was excellent and all staff polyandry extremely helpful and friendly.

Lovely stay. Clean throughout. Hotel needs a bit of an update to match the wonderful spa/ wellness area. Food availability could be improved as lunch only available for an hour. Staff generally friendly but met with hostility when had to bring in own food from the local shop as not food available at the hotel at midday for children ( only snacks). Pros - great location for lake garda with a short walk to Bardolino town. Cons - taxis can be expensive but short walk to bus stop.

Das Hotel ist etwas älter aber trotzdem, sehr sauber und die Zimmer schön eingerichtet! Das einzige der Druck von der Duschbrause war sehr schwach, es war fast unmöglich lange Haare zu waschen. Die Auswahl der Speisen war gut, aber es fehlten pflanzliche Milch Alternativen, heutzutage ist es nichts mehr besonderes und zähl zum Standard! Erst als ich nachfragt habe wurde mir eine Hafermilch gebracht. Ein Tipp: weniger süßkramm und dafür mehr Gemüse, nur Tomaten zum Frühstück ist einfach zu wenig für 4 Sterne Hotel!

Kjempefint hotell med super service

Veldig god service av de som jobber på hotellet. Hotellet har kjempefin beliggenhet. Stor pluss med egen badebrygge, strandhåndkler og at alle rom er utstyrt med en strandbag man kan låne. Godt utvalg av frokost. Eneste minuset er harde senger.

lækkert hotel men med plads til lidt forbedringer

3 dejlige store værelser og med to flotte terrasser, men det nr 507 havde en trist mørk altan og sengene på alle tre værelser var MEGET hårde, men dejlig morgenmadsbuffet der dog ofte trængte til hurtigere opfyldning og steg nu det bacon i stedet for at det næsten er rådt kød! receptionisterne var søde og meget hjælpsomme. Et lækkert hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel mit eigener schöner Strandwiese und Seezugang, nur 10 Minuten vom Zentrum von Bardolino. Hotelpublikum gesetzter, ca. 50 aufwärts.

Unser Zimmer befand sich im 3. Stock im Annex. Da mit Mansarde, war es ziemlich heiß. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte, aber für die Größe und Aufteilung des Zimmers war diese fast zu wenig. Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Man merkt aber, dass ständig etwas saniert bzw. erneuert wird. Z.b. das Badezimmer wurde sicherlich restauriert und zum Teil auch erneuert. Zu erwähnen ist die Sauberkeit im gesamten Annex und auch im Garten und Restaurantbereich.

Underbar utsikt

Underbart boende med balkong och utsikt över sjön. Badkar var ett plus, men väldigt hårda sängar var ett minus. God frukost och nära till restauranger.

Das Hotel hat für den verlangten Preis die Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt: Positiv war die Lage inkl. dem Privatstrand und das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption sowie der großzügige Privatparkplatz Dem 4* Level nicht ganz entsprochen hat aus unserer Sicht das sehr minimalistische Frühstück. Auch das Personal im Frühstücksbereich wirkte überfordert und chaotisch. Das Zimmer war groß jedoch etwas abgenutzt und altmodisch. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, der Balkon wurde aber trotz Bitte an die Reinigungskraft nicht ordentlich gekehrt. In Summer war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, aus unserer Sicht ist es aber eher ein 3* Hotel und dem entsprechend war der bezahlte Preis zu teuer

Old property with many modern features. We stayed here as the hotel we usually stay in was closed due to a fall in demand due to the 2020 pandemic. Our room was of a good size with a particularly large balcony overlooking the lake. Everything was very clean and thought had been given to observing public health laws and keeping guests safe during the pandemic. We ate in the hotel on three occasions and were very impressed with the quality of the food and service...very attentive waiters focused on an attention to detail. Some of the spa services were not available which is understandable but the pool is perfectly acceptable with many sun loungers. The hotel is nicely situated for walks along the lake and getting to the beautiful town of Bardolino.
