"I asked for a call back from corporate.
I was told I would be contacted 24 hours later and never was I submitted photos of a bed that had blood on it.
I complained that the person at the front desk never even asked me for identification, and I had to tell her she needed to give it to me. She did not even take a credit card.

"The room was very nice! For the first time we opted to stay in town instead of a rural cabin. It was delightful, especially since the weather was quite rainy and we couldn’t do much hiking!
The place was lovely, quiet, and just perfect for a couple or a small family! There’s very little parking but we were always able to find a place when we returned from an adventure! We highly recommend this place!"

"Sheets where clean and bed looked perfect and not just slopped together! Lobby, hallway and room smelled clean!! Clerk was friendly and helpful! All amenities worked and nothing alarming for broken.
Sadly I managed a hotel so my expectations are higher than most. Some hair on bathroom floor behind door. Fridge shelves had a few crumbs on it. Floor could of been vacuumed better.
Overall for some review on other hotels I passed to come here was top notch. Will return when I'm in the area."
