Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper: you can hear the train and people in the hallway coming and going all night. Hotel is Clean and in a great location. 4/5 stars because no water fountain or shampoo (only mystery “is it shampoo or conditioner?”)

The location was the best thing about Som Nit Triomf. Walkable to the Sagrada Familia and the Arc de Triomph as well as to the metro station. The room overlooked the intersection of 2 streets and from our window and balcony we could see the hustle and bustle of people. It felt very safe. It was very nice to see people walking around at all hours of the day and night. The setup of the hotel was a bit unique - the reception is on the 4th floor and rooms in the 1st and 4th floor. After we checked in, that did not matter though. The rooms are on the smaller side but that is to be expected. The balcony is a good plus. The bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It is a no-frills hotel (no coffee maker, shampoo) but there are a lot of cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes. One thing to note is that there are about 5-6 steps where you have to carry your luggage upto the floor where they have the lift. All in all, the hotel suited us very well and we would recommend it.

This isn’t a hotel, it’s part of an old building. if you get a room and balcony it’s very nice but others you could be looking at a wall. 10-15 minutes walk to the cathedral, lots of bars and restaurants on route.

Great place to stay especially for a short visit

This is a great hotel if you just care for a short visit. We were 3 in the room so the room was a bit small otherwise the location is great close to the Gothic area and cafes and restaurants. The hotel was very responsive and commutative when we had questions prior to our stay.
