We had a wonderful stay here in late March. The location is perfect (near the Arc d'Triomf, and close to multiple metro stops). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - lots of fresh fruit and bread and juices. The room (we had the 3-person superior room) was clean and relatively spacious for a hotel in downtown Barcelona. The immediate neighborhood was not too loud at night. Overall, a great place to stay if your goal is to get around the city easily and still have a comfortable room at night.

I made an error when booking my stay for April 2024. After i realized that instead of picking April. I picked January. When i called expedia to fix the problem. They said that because the booked date had already passed, there was nothing they could do. So i was charged over $700 for a stay that never happened. Ridiculous! For this reason, i will never book a stay in this hotel.

The hotel room was clean and had all of the facilities that we needed. The staff were very helpful (the man who checked us in was fantastic, I’m sorry I cannot remember his name. He gave us tips on places to visit etc. Pau was also fantastic). The hotel is in a good central location and within walking distance of the main sites. We would recommend the stay here

Such a wonderful hotel walking distance from the Triomph. Super clean, new, and quiet. Lobby was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. Attention to detail was everywhere.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was super friendly and gave us a rundown of the city and restaurant suggestions. Our room's heater was a little finicky but other than that, the location was ideal, the staff was helpful, and the rooms were spacious. We even got free daily drinks for each day that we turned down cleaning services.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, spacious, good shower. Only complaint was that our coffee machine didn’t work. Also, our room had stairs, which didn’t bother us, but for someone with mobility issues it would be a problem. Location is an easy 10-minute walk to Plaza Catalunya.

I have previously stayed at several NH hotels and been impressed. I booked this hotel for myself and friends. I was given a 1st floor room and my friends 5th floor. They had slippers and dressing gowns, I didn’t. They received a platter of sweet treats, I didn’t. For reference NH, I was the repeat customer and the reason we were staying with you. You overlooked a repeat customer to your brand and have lost my loyalty, not that you’ll give any notice. The room you put me in was plagued with road noise. Please don’t blame a city centre location - better glazing would sort this.

The NH Collection Podium is a friendly, clean, and quiet hotel. The staff are very helpful. In particular, the bell hop David is extremely professional. I would definitely stay there again.

The Hotel looked new and clean. The restaurant and room service were excellent but the expensive breakfast was not good. The only other problems was that the free wifi was super slow and there was a roach in the bathroom. The toilet would not stop flushing ( I was able to fix every time we used it ) and the shower controls were funky.
