okay for a short stay base, easy access to all the transports, staff are friendly and easy to communicate with and were happy to give help with tourist type info. room was clean and cleaned daily and the twin beds were large and very comfortable. there is a breakfast available but no other meals, would use this hotel again for a short break

Lovely stay

Great stay for the night with a fantastic Thai restaurant next door. Happily stay there again for a bed for the night not for longer as rooms are small.

It suited my needs location was good. No lift working and heavy bags to lift. It had a kettle and Tea that’s good. Room looked into corridor that was weird.

Good choice

A lot of previous reviews mentioned staff being rude, we met 3 staff on different occasions and all were very good and helpful. But I can see how the natural manner of Barcelona people could be interpreted as rude by international visitors. The hotel is well placed by a Metro station and a short walk to the shopping centre. The room was clean and functional like most budget city rooms. My only negative is we had a room at the rear, adjacent is a construction site where work starts at 8am.

Great value for money & great location! It's 5 minute walk from the drop off/pick up of the A1 or A2 bus from/to airport. The shower was modern but the bedroom was very simple. The bed was two small twin beds combined and I woke up with half the mattress hanging off the frame. Since it's very light, the frame/bed slid around a lot. The one thing I really enjoyed from this hotel through is that they had small pre-packed kits: shaver & shaving cream, toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, Kleenex & even a shoe cleaner sponge. The breakfast was great! It has a wide variety of deli meats, cheese, breads, pastries, eggs, bacon, and juices. I would stay here again. Hope they get heavier firmer beds.

I stayed here in June 2023. The front desk staff were super nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The AC worked well. The room had a working safe. There was no gym. There was however a cafe and a Metro Station down the street. The room had a mediocre view from the window. The main issue with this hotel was the large waste bins outside near the front entrance of the hotel and the cockroaches that I saw walk by it. Everything else was pretty good.

Front desk manager’s behavior was so unprofessional, rude, obnoxious, he does not even know ABC of customer service. I will never only not visit this hotel but the country itself as hotel manager treats tourists like trash. I was visiting from USA.
