The rooms were very clean and spacious even though they had a weird feature of having blinds from the room opening into the toilet. Not sure who needs that feature. The staff were mixed at the bar and breakfast next day, some were very friendly. The shuttle bus from and to the airport was very useful ...

Great classy sophisticated hotel!! Noisy till 11pm due to the street singing outside the cathedral... Other than that excellent!!

Barceló Raval
The actual room was clean and comfortable. The overall design of the hotel is loud and a bit tacky. Front desk staff where friendly and helpful but overworked. The check in process was overly complicated. Also, not too many places to eat in the general area of the hotel.

Grand Hyatt Barcelona
Overall we loved our time in Barcelona and at the Grand Hyatt. Minor niggles let things down. Firstly, it’s nicely located - we took the metro from the airport and walked the 15 mins from the end of the line to the hotel. Getting a taxi for that bit would also have been easy as it’s a major route. ...
