"This is a total dump. My room was filthy, garbage full from prior guest. Beds not made, hair and other dirt on sheets. Left a can of spray for bedbugs on the table, so I got totally concerned. The receptionist is 300 meters up the street and his only English is to collect the fee for the room. This place should be shut down. Avoid at all cost."

"Pænt hotel, dog med lidt for slidte værelser i forhold til hvordan hotellet ser ud udefra og i lobbyen. Morgenmaden var ok, men ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Skønt og venligt personale og god service. Fin pris for ophold. Kunne dog savne at der kunne købes drikkevarer ud over ved måltiderne. "

"A középkori témát szerintem kicsit túlzásba vitték, nem jó ötlet vidámparkká alakítani egy ilyen patinás épületeggyüttest, még ha törekednek is az igényességre. A gipszkarton falak nem szigetelik túl jól a hangot, de a környezet és a vendégek többsége csendes, úgyhogy lehet pihenni. Sok extra szolgáltatást nyújtanak."

"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. We arrived to thishotel and a young male receptionist told us...

"Kitűnő szoba, étterem és uszoda. A szálloda személyzete mindent megtett azért, hogy az ott tartózkodás jó legyen. Érdemes lenne a hotel névadójáról és a város történetéről jobban táékoztatni a vendégeket."

"Really enjoyed staying here. Apartment was clean, spacious (high ceilings), very modern kitchen (I opted not to cook, but all amenities are there - half refrigerator, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, utensils - also small dining table), bed was comfortable, desk/room to work and sofa. Excellent lighting. A very large amount of closet space as well, extra blankets/pillows in the wardrobes/closets. Apartment I was in (123) faces out to parking lots, so helpful to keep all shades down at times. Would...
