I was met at the airport, assisted with luggage, guided through the check-in process, and welcomed at the Executive Lounge with sincere warmth after a 25-hour journey. Throughout my stay, every department—concierge, security, lounge, dining, housekeeping, transportation, and management—has demonstrated remarkable attentiveness. Staff remembered my preferences, noticed when I hadn’t eaten, checked on my well-being, and even helped me when I felt unwell. The breakfast and dinner teams worked seamlessly during busy periods, always with professionalism and kindness. Housekeeping added thoughtful touches that made my room feel like home. Even when small issues arose, management resolved them promptly and with care, turning potential frustrations into positive experiences. Staying for more than 45 days could have been challenging, but the warmth, consistency, and dedication of the entire team made me feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service and hospitality I experienced throughout my stay."

"This is where I stay everytime I am visiting my relatives snd friends in the Las Pinas area. It’s reasonable with lots of convenience. They offer massage, salon, gym services. Their buffet breakfast is also superb with a mix of Filipino items like garlic rice, longganisa, suman, taho, danggit, pusit, pandesal and lots more. The staff is nice and helpful. Across the street is a Jollibee and Starbucks. They also offer a shuttle service to drop you off at Alabang Town Center, Festival Mall and Molito."

"The room was clean, entire staffs were awesome. Front desk clerks are welcoming, professional and they’ll go out of their way to assist. Bell men on top of things and polite. Security incredibly professional and welcoming always wiling to assist. Housekeeping top notch. Dining should be trainer for hospitality incredibly quick and polite. Whatever what the management is doing continue. Flawless services. I’ve reserved to be back in couple months because of how your service is.
