"The only complaint was our unit had lukewarm shower with not much spray force. No attendant at these cottages. Had a quiet comfortable evening. "

"Things we liked: very friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms and public areas. Full kitchen and fridge in the suite with split bedroom and living area. Bed was comfortable.
Why it didn't get 5 stars: the walls are very thin and you can easily hear neighbors. The kitchen was basically just the stove and a few plates. Turn down only if staying 5 nights or more.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for its proximity to the town and to Acadia."

"Rented a cabin for the long weekend. NOT what we expected based on the online pics of the cabins. Did not have the "Maine cabin" vibe at all - more like 1980s RV interior design. Vertical blinds on sliding doors were missing some sections so no real privacy. Bed was very uncomfortable. Hot water lasted about 3 mins, so showering or washing dishes was tricky - to say the least. Not so friendly RV "neighbors" who felt it ok to have a projected light show, and be loud and obnoxious past 10 pm. We...

"I think my communication issues may have been on the Expedia side of things and have little to do with the host. I had a hard time navigating to leave a message and the only messages I received were sent in February, months before my May attempts to communicate. The messages I did read from Feb were hard to access and appeared in faded gray color font with copy and paste nearly unreachable as printing was off the screen of my iPhone.

"My family enjoyed our time at this property. I received a friendly email prior to arrival with clear directions and local recommendations. It is a beautiful house, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture - perfect for relaxing and visiting. We loved the location, it is in a quiet neighborhood with multiple shopping and dining options nearby. It took us about 35 minutes to drive to the Bar Harbor area."
