Funny smell in hotel, staff were not very helpful, one night the lock on our room door stopped working, breakfast was terrible had to eat elsewhere

Det kunne være så godt men så er det faktisk skidt
Vi bookede hotellet fordi det lå tæt på skiliften og havde 4 stjerner (i følge Hotels.com). Det blev desværre en dårlig oplevelse, men det kunne nemt være blevet en god oplevelse, hvis ikke det lige var for standarden af hotellet. Det burde max. have 2 stjerner. Vi fik egentligt et fint størrelse værelse, men man spørger sig selv om ejeren nogensinde har boet på sit eget hotel. Hvis ikke skulle han/hun prøve det. Værelset var indrettet med de billigste (nedslidte) møbler, en seng med en madras så tynd at man kunne mærke metalfjedrene, manglende lamper og et badeværelse, hvor toiletrullen hang i brusekabinen og bruseafløbet var placeret foran toilettet. Personalet gjorde dog en god og hurtig indsats, da vi påpegede problemerne. Det virkede som om, at de godt vidste at den var gal. Vi fik straks tilbudt en topmadras til sengen og da vi også spurgte om en sengelampe, kom den promte. Alt i alt: plus til personalet, beliggenhed og værelsets størrelse, men stort minus for billig og nedslidt indretning.
