"The hotel is situated in an excellent location. The view from my bed faced the cathedral. Staff was limited in communication. No one shared with us the special activities or food options the hotel offered or what the local establishments offered. The hot water was a hit or miss. I was able to deal with the low pressure but not the cold shower. The bedroom was cold at times. Blankets and Towels were scarce. My friend slipped on the wet floor after a shower. No towel for the floor."
