The front desk and staff were very polite and super kind . We would stay here again . Our in laws live very close . "

"Our stay was good. The bed was very firm and so were the pillows, but we slept well. The breakfast is your average continental breakfast. Our tv wasnt working, but we didnt need to watch it anyway. Its really the only hotel in Florence, so they keep the prices high, which is a shame."
