"Great hotel and amenities, friendly staff "

"Absolutely beautiful location!"

"Came for an Energy conference and only stayed one night. Got an unexpected free upgrade and breakfast and a gorgeous modern corner room. The hotel has a gym and a pool however if you plan to swim (like I did) you need a swimming cap and entrance is 20 eur extra. Staff were all great very helpful and best thing: no waiting times at checkin or checkout."

"Misleading information in room led me to miss the closing time of the restaurant and therefore no real food options available other than trip to local garage ! Update your info in the rooms !!!! "

"The lovely gentleman at the front escorted us to our room, and we had a welcome gift of cake! The view was breathtaking and the panorama restaurant on top of the hotel is both delicious and has another beautiful view of Sofia. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. "
