"Had to wait a long time since they couldn't find my reservation. This is so frustrating especially after coming back at night from a hectic tour. The occupant of the room assigned to us did not check out and the staff didn't know. No one followed up???? There were no towels and toilet papers. We have to ask and had to wait.
