"The location is about 10 minutes walk to the heart of China town. That's pretty much the only good thing about the stay. First of all, when I booked the place, it listed as it fits 6 people. Before we checked in, we were requested to complete a check in form, which asked use to pay 600 baht per night to set up the sofa bed or they won't provide any bedding for the sofa bed.
