Excellent hostel, good location and clean. The staff is very friendly, and try to help you in any questions you might have. We have breakfast included, it was really good.

A wonderful place to stay.
Truly a great hostel, a little out of town but not to far for a nice walk across the river. Some hidden gems as well not far from the hostel too such as the rama vIII garden with nice bars on the river front. Other then that the beds where a little hard but nothing to bad. Staff are super helpful took us to the floating market and shower us the local foods.

Unfortunately it was bad experience, or miss understanding, what ever I was not comfortable with staying there for one more night , needed to change the hostel , No activities, treatment was not satisfying for costumer

Big Heart staff
I purchased this hotel for my family, and they loved it. One of them was ill and went to Bangkok for medical visit. They were especially pleased with the staff in assisting as best as they can to accommodate their every need. Thank you for taking care of my family.

Love the style and the staying
Everything is really nice, except those who are easily to be waken up might get up because of some siren or sound of the vehicles (the hotel is close to the road) But for the facilities are very good.

必要十分なホステル
1泊だけ、個室を利用させてもらったが、内装はリノベーションがかけられていてきれいだった。バス・シャワーは共有で、こちらも比較的きれいだが、シャワー室には、脱いだ洋服類を置いておけるような棚が欲しい。お湯の出も問題なく、部屋のクーラーも調子よい。ロケーションはやや暗がりもある大通り沿いで、夜間の道すがらには少し不安を覚えるが、タクシーなどを使えば問題ないだろう。当方、LCC渡航のため、ドンムアン空港を利用したが、空港の到着ロビーすぐ外から出ているA4のバスに乗れば、カオサン通りやサナームルアンの北側まで、50バーツでバスが周ってくれる。そこからなら、歩こうと思えば、徒歩30分程度でホテルまで行けるし、タクシーでもほどなくの距離で、便利といっていい。帰国の際も、サナームルアンの北側からA4バスに乗った。夜間の帰国で大きな荷物が邪魔だったが、チェックアウト後も、問題なく荷物を預かってもらえた。

깔끔한 청결상태, 스태프가 우리가 요청한 모든 요구사항을 다 들어주었고 먼저 물어봐줌, 정말 세세한 부분까지도 하나하나 챙겨주는 배려가 너무나큼 다만 거울이 없는 점이 아쉬움 그 외는 모두 만족함. 샤워실, 화장실이쉐어인 게 조금 불편할 수는 있으나 독립된 공간이 많음.

・ドミトリーなのにスタッフの接客態度が素晴らしい。 部屋まで案内してくれる。 ・朝食がオーダー式でスタッフが手作りで作ってくれる。 （あまりおいしくないけどｗ） ・ドミトリーだったのに設備に不具合があって部屋を移動してほしいと言われシングルルームに無料アップグレードしてくれた。 ・部屋の鍵が扉を強く閉めないと掛からない ・シャワールームに脱衣所がない ・シャワーの水圧が弱い ・シャワーのお湯がぬるい

Bon séjour Lit, douche Gel douche fourni, petit déjeuner copieux khao san road à 30 minute à pied On entend bien les véhicule qui passe surtout les gros pot d'échappement l'hotel fourni des bouchon d’oreille très apprécie Dans un quartier très peu touristique (15/12 au 30/12) Je le recommande si vous n’avez pas peur de marcher ou de prendre un taxi pour faire des activité
