UNSAFE WORST HOTEL WORST SERVICE
Do NOT stay here. I booked for 8 nights and left on night 3 after several days of begging to be moved rooms, begging Hotels.com to help me and receiving no help, transfer or refund. I lost the money I spent and had to come out of pocket for a new hotel. But, that is how unsafe I felt. Outside of it being truly the worst hotel, worst service I’ve ever received the room it self reeked of mold and urine. The windows in the bathroom didn’t shut so the humidity and bugs were awful. The wifi was so bad I couldn’t use my phone to plan trips and could hardly communicate with friends and family. The TV turned on, but had zero channels. I asked for them to fix all of these things and they sent a woman to sweep the room (what?!)! The room was dimly lit and up a dark and scary staircase separate from the rest of the hotel. I asked to be moved to the main part of the hotel and was refused, even after being told rooms were available. There is absolutely no redeeming quality about this hotel. I’m shocked that hotels.com lists it as an available option and recommend they stop business with them before something awful happens to a guest. Yes, that is how unsafe it was. This experience and the lack of support I received truly ruined my trip and ruined my high praise of hotels.com, of which I’ve been a loyal member of.

Brilliant location, with stunning panoramic views of Bangkok from the rooftop pool. The street below was a complete madhouse, it was so noisy, you couldn’t sleep, this chaos went on till about 4am

The area around the hotel is party central (Khaosan Road). All the surrounding venues play music at night so loud that it is literally deafening until 2 in the morning. Impossible to sleep!! If we had known, we would not have booked the hotel. Staff were offhand. Roller on the glass sliding bathroom door was broken, so you had to lift the door to close it, very heavy. Room was so small you could only get out of one side of the bed. Bathroom was so small that there was no room for a sink. They put the sink in the bed room.

You get what you pay for. Violet tower has no elevator, I had to move luggage by myself. The noise is alot, I was able to sleep through it but I can see it might be a struggle for others. I booked it because I was excited for the pool, but guest are very load, super busy and the pool water was super gross, it seemed like no one cleaned the pool. Unless u are there to save, I wouldnt go again. Also staff could care less

It’s exactly what the reviews say. You get what you pay for. If you want a room close to the party, this is it. If you want to sleep before the bars close at 2pm you will have a problem. The beds were comfortable, the rooms are very small but it’s cheap and clean so it works. Starr were indifferent but not in a bad way and the pool was great. I’d recommend staying for partiers but families might want to avoid this one and get a room in the other tower.

Dissapointing but good location
Location great. We had no sleep as the room was right on the front of the street and it felt like we was in a nightclub. Beds were so hard. Cleaner never came for the 3 days we were there. Staff were rude and unhelpful.

Great hotel in a noisy part of town
Hotel was great; very clean, well-equipped room. The shower was a little too small, a large person probably couldnt get into it. Khaoson road is also very noisy, the violet tower rooms are very noisy until 1am when the bars shutdown. Otherwise great experience and for the price I would definitely stay again.

Front desk not too friendly . My side of the hotel Small and narrow stairs going to the fourth floor witching the beginning of the stairs say they are not responsible for anything get lost in your room pacifically says take your valuables with you . My room didn’t have any closet. Small . Terribly noisy. On Expedia say breakfast was 150 but it’s 200 . Expedia web says there is a closet for your luggage is I didn’t have one & more

If your going to khoasan road to party then I can’t recommend it enough.. it’s less then a minute walk to the party from your room and you even have a roof top pool !! Little noisy in the day time but I was passed out.

Nice if U like to stay outside the hotel
If U like to spend most time outside the hotel then this is estimated place for you, since there is a club next to the hotel there is no way ulyou be able to get a good night sleep.

Very happy-would recommend
Me and my parter stated here Nov 2017 and really enjoyed our stay. It was our first stop in 3 months worth of travelling south east Asia. One thing I will say is that it is very loud at night time with all the music along Khao San Road outside, but with being on the main party strip, what do you expect. Overall, a really good stay.

I'd stay again.
Good hotel in the middle of everything. Farely quite most of the time. Rooms are small but clean. Walking street right outside front door. Hotel is set bsck from street so no street noise. All in all for the price it's a bargain.

The heart of Kaosan road party scene.
The hotel itself is not bad, and can be recommended for people that come to Bangkok for the Kaosan road party scene, as it is right in the middle of it. Sleeping before 3.30 am is impossible. During the day it's super silent and enjoyable. Great if you went out like a warrior the night before.

2 nätter på hotellet. Centralt, billigt, ac,. Ingen städning under vistelsen. Mycket hög musik till 03:00 på morgonen.Gick inte att sova. Mycket lyhört, som pappväggar. Hårda sängar, litet rum. Luktade Marijana . Bo inte här.

Hôtel bruyant mais complètement normal vu l’emplacement. Musique jusque tard dans la nuit. Par contre douche froide, signalé au personnel qui s’en contrefiche. Ensemble bien moyen. Compliqué à l’arrivée l’agent de l’accueil refuse notre numéro de réservation du site.... finalement au bout de 10 minutes elle trouve enfin !!
