The Phoenix was just what I needed it to be. A short way from BKKAirport, clean, has a shuttle to the airport that was timely, helpful staff.

I love this hotel! I book it every time I fly into Bangkok late at night. It’s so close to the airport and 7/11 is down the street! They also have amazing authentic Thai coffee

I am always disappointed when you arrive and the hotel is under construction and you won’t informed of this. The staff did try to overcome this but not having a real front desk was a challenge. The hotel was noisy. Airport hotels have people coming and going at all hours but with no soundproofing, especially from hall into the rooms I heard everyone coming and going. So much for sleep! Included breakfast was good!

I enjoyed the efficiency of the staff from Getting to the hotel from the airport. They were friendly on arrival and made sure that my bags were taken to my room as there was no elevator.

Nice Breakfast.
This hotel is convenient to get to or from the airport. They have a free shuttle to to pick you up at the airport or take you to the airport. The person at the front desk can help you book a tour for a reasonable price. The breakfast is very nice with several selections. What we didn’t like about our room is that to get to the shower, you had to walk through the little room that had the toilet. Plus, the shower door was missing. By the time you were done in the shower, water was all over the floor. There was no soap by the vanity. To wash your hands, you had to get the liquid soap from the shower. There was no place to hang you towel.

Hotel was good for overnight stay. Disappointed that hotel or hotels.com mentioned anything about building works within hotel. Building works started before 0800!!!!!! Would like feedback from hotels.com

Phoenix Hotel is Upgrading
The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok is really upgrading. The hotel management is renovating its rooms. I stayed in a remodeled room and it was very comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. This hotel offers a reliable shuttle to the airport and a very good Thai restaurant. Good choice for BKK travelers looking for a place to spend an extended layover.
