HI mintra this is a copy paste of your reservation : Jan 25, 2020 - Feb 5, 2020 (11 Nights) Room Type Dormitory It very clearly states that you booked a dormitory : so our staff made the right decision to put you in a ... Dormitory !!! I would like to know if you experienced any safety issue yourself or if you projected it because we look different. Yes there is graffiti and street art all over the building its is an alternative hostel and there arent than many we ve been doing it for 11 years and thats why people love us (if you dont believe me check our facebook page or instagram) . You booked a 2 dollar night dorm thats discount prices to the max so no we don't give refund. Hope you had a nice stay in Bangkok and please don't blame us for things that are of your responsability : check the policiy of places you book and what room type you choose

we are very cheap hostel, we spent of lot money for artists and musician that why all artists around the world always come visit our place, if you are looking fancy hotel you can not get this price for sure, The Overstay have a lot of Cats and Dogs, all merciful, and lovely people come in our place we not allow to cook meet, because we have vegetarian kitchen The Overstay very different from other hostel because we have many activities and underground music event

Hi RIck we have rooms at all kind of floors, we have 2 dorms on 3 and 4 th floor , so if you have issues with noise why not just ask the lovely and welcoming staff to find you a more quieter room ? Also i do believe that people that party are also human being and that some extremely talented musicians come here please look at the line up of concerts we have had here : major local and international bands !!! Please don't take one exception and make it a rule we love all our guest and try to make them feel like family !!!!
